Job Watch means we keep an eye on the job for you and streamline who does the work. It is not full construction management. It includes one free material pickup run per job if the material fits the truck. Extra pickups cost extra. You buy the materials, we pick them up. If a material is wrong, that is on you unless you gave the exact SKU.
We never rate providers on photos they bring us. We rate on what we actually checked:
